Geoff Mote and his team at Workplace Solutions were excellent. They listened to what exactly I was looking for as a customer and gave me options that worked with my budget. The hardest part was picking the finishes and details but that was only because there were so many options. Geoff got me exactly what I wanted and it was even delivered ahead of schedule. After working with other designers and furniture suppliers it was refreshing to have someone be responsive, professional, and attentive to what we needed. I will use them again with any office needs.

The furniture provided to our new office by Workplace Solutions is fantastic. They made all our offices and cubicles comfortable, aesthetic, and functionable. The stand-up desks were a major improvement and while concerned with how they would look, Workplace Solutions provided desk boots and a panel to cover the front of the desk which was just what we wanted. This company knows exactly what an office needs to function properly all while making it looking amazing! We could not recommend Workplace Solutions enough.

On behalf of the staff at the Achievement Institute for STEM Scholars (AISS), I would like to thank Scott and his Workplace Solutions team for their generosity in helping us move into our new suite. Scott and his team donated their time and services to move our office furniture, boxes, equipment, and anything else we needed moved. A few weeks before the move, Scott came out to evaluate both suites to take measurements and assess the configurations. Then, he provided us with a space planning and design sketch of a solution that he thought would work in the new suite. I was surprised when he said Workplace Solutions had decided to donate their services and provide in-kind, as-is office furniture including workstations, conference tables, and several 2-drawer file cabinets for us to use. They even helped me hang some of our certificates, artwork, clocks, and shelves as part of their service! Workplace Solutions saved us so much time and money! Scott had one more surprise for us, Workplace Solutions also donated a check to help our cause! What a blessing! Scott, I can’t thank you and Workplace Solutions enough for caring so much about a small nonprofit like AISS. We are forever grateful.

What an AWESOME experience working with Geoff and the installation team. Geoff was very knowledgeable and understood our needs from only a few hand sketches and short conversation. Geoff helped with furniture choice, design and managed a very quick turnaround time. Everything was delivered on time and installed immediately. We recently relocated our offices and got new furniture for all areas. Geoff was a great asset from beginning to end (design to installation). The furniture is very good quality and looks great. There were couple of adjustments needed during the process, but the company's response was great, quickly fixing the issues. We had a good experience working with this company.

I have a beautiful office now and receive compliments from visitors all the time! I recently moved my office to a new location and decided to get all new office furniture. After visiting multiple office furniture stores, I stumbled across Workplace Solutions. They offer custom workspaces. For a few thousand dollars more than premade, ready to ship furniture, I was able to design my office space. Geoff, Alex, and the Owner walked us through the design process, took measurements, and designed renderings. I keep going back and ordering more pieces because Workplace Solutions and the manufacturers they work with are easy and accommodating to work with.

Workplace Solutions helped me design the perfect new desk for our home office remodel. I was able to collaborate with the owner Scott, directly on all of the details from finish options, cabinet fronts and drawer handles to get the varied combination I was looking for. The U-shaped desk we received has a high-end feel and look. It’s very functional and perfect for our needs! The installation team were kind clean and professional. The customer service team stayed in contact with me on delivery status and updates throughout the process. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

As a High-End Residential Interior Firm, we are very careful which vendors we select for client jobs as well as our own requirements. We have worked with Workplace Solutions to design and install our office work areas. They are extraordinary. We then had Workplace move the work areas a year later to our new design studio. Every Workplace Solutions team members take pride in their performance and go up and above to make sure we were satisfied. Do we recommend them? ABSOLUTELY.
