Scott Wilson, President
Scott has owned and operated Workplace Solutions since 2008 and is a third-generation office furniture professional. He's worked in all areas of the business including installation, customer service, marketing and sales. He's now focused on strategic planning, operations, forming lasting relationships with his clients and to developing customer-focused solutions. It's also very important to Scott that the company has a meaningful culture and that it's active in the community. When not in the office, he is most likely involved with  his children sports, surfing, training for a triathlon or on an adventurous trips with his family. 

Jack Rice, Vice President of Sales
Jack is a graduate of Long Beach State and resides in Huntington Beach. With over 25 years experience in the contract furniture industry, he joined Workplace Solutions in 2014 as part of the company’s commitment to growth. Jack has expertise in servicing major accounts and managing large-scale projects. He enjoys coaching high school soccer and spending time with his family, which includes 3 granddaughters. Jack is also a proud US Air Force Veteran. 

 

Alondra Corona, Key Account Manager
Alondra has worked for Workplace Solutions since 2006. With a degree in Business Management, she specializes in sales and project management and is proud to offer her clients an expert level of customer service. In her free time she enjoys reading, rodeo and dancing.

 

Geoff Mote, Sales Consultant
Geoff comes to Workplace Solutions after a career in Hotel and Restaurant management. He graduated form Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Sociology and Journalism/Public Relations and loves to play and watch soccer, specifically Manchester United. He specializes in providing excellent customer service with a keen attention to detail.

Nancy Solis, Designer/Space Planner 
Nancy joined Workplace Solutions in 2014 after working with Ethan Allen Interiors and Basset Furniture and with an education in Interior Design from Brooks College. She's an experienced designer and space planner with experience with color theory, Auto Cad and drafting. She enjoys volunteering, hiking and is fluent in Spanish.

 

Efrain Solares, Sales Consultant

With over 15 years of experience,  Efrain has been involved with installations, sales and field project management.  Efrain enjoys hiking, playing soccer and going to the beach with his wife and 3 kids.  On Sundays you will likely find him cheering on his boys in a game of basketball.

Judy Wagner, Controller
Judy keeps things in order, managing the finances, bookkeeping and operations for Workplace Solutions.

Our Anaheim-based warehouse centrally located to the Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire areas.  We mainly use it for our re-manufacturing process however it is available for our clients who need to store their surplus furniture.  This service is perfect for rapidly expanding companies who need to say agile and maximize their furniture ROI. 


Workplace Solutions offers remanufactured cubicles as an option to our budget conscious clients. Remanufactured can be a good option for companies that need quality product quickly at a good value.  It can be custom made to match any color and design scheme.  Some customers want to match their existing finishes others want a contemporary/fresh look.  In some cases we can even refurbish your own product. Our facility is well stocked & equipped to offer an almost limitless range of paint, fabric & laminate options.
